This guide includes information about the requirements of courses and seminars per academic year and overall, specific recommendations on which activities to do per PhD program, preliminary information on compulsory activities and other information such as the OpenDeusto account, how to register for training activities, attendance, marks and how to see them and the record of activities on the students' extranet.
Procedure
Students must register the activities in their activity document in GAUDe, indicating the code and the name of the activity as it is called in the training offer. We recommend that you read the Registration Guide in GAUDe before registering.
It is very important that all the activities carried out during the thesis process are registered in the document of activities, as this is the one that will give rise to the file that is generated for the final evaluation, prior to the deposit of the thesis.
Each course has a registration deadline. The student must have correctly registered the activity in Gaude before the established deadline.
In the exceptional case that online participation is required, it must be indicated in the "Observations" section. If it is not indicated, access to the virtual room will not be granted.
It is very important that all activities carried out during the doctoral process are recorded in the activities document, as this will form the basis of the file generated for the final evaluation prior to the thesis deposit.
