Registration in training activities
First year PhD students: 30 September to 7 October 2024
Second year onwards: 25 September to 7 October 2024
Acceptance by thesis supervisors
Before 14 October 2024
Procedure
Students must register the activities in their activity document in GAUDe, indicating the code and the name of the activity as it is called in the training offer. We recommend that you read the Registration Guide in GAUDe before registering.
It is very important that all the activities carried out during the thesis process are registered in the document of activities, as this is the one that will give rise to the file that is generated for the final evaluation, prior to the deposit of the thesis.
For students on their second-year and onwards, the activities (courses and seminars) must be registered as proposals between 25 September and 6 October and accepted by the directors before 11 October.
Any activity that is not accepted by the director will not be taken into account. When choosing training activities, it is essential to take into account the recommendations provided in the Guide to the corresponding doctoral programme.
First-year students must register for the activities between 29 September and 6 October. The activities must be accepted by their directors by 11 October.
